An update to the Webcast Metrics UI, affecting the following pages: Total Measurement Explore, and Charts, will be completed. The update will be to limit the date filter to January 2020 and forward. Data prior to January 2020 will still be available via the Audience Details page, but with a less granular data set. This will help to keep performance manageable in our different metrics/explore tabs.
Please note that there is no expected downtime for Webcast Metrics and you should not experience any service interruptions during this process.

Station Manager version 5.5.5 has been deployed and is now available. This new version is considered a mandatory upgrade to 5.5.0 as it includes the critical fix to ensure proper connection to our CDN in the future. Clients can find the download link in our Station Manager Release notes (https://help.tritondigital.com/docs/sm-release-notes) or via our permanent latest version link (https://provisioning.tritondigital.com/station-manager/StationManagerSetup.exe). We advise all clients using Station Manager 5.5.0 to make plans to upgrade to the latest version at their earliest convenience. This incident is considered resolved.

Identified -
We have identified the necessary fix to implement in Station Manager. Once the bug fix goes through our QA phase, a new version of SM will be released on our User Guide pages. We will update this incident with the necessary information at that time. More information to come.
Apr 14, 21:45 UTC
Update -
We have deployed a partial fix for the issue in our back end services. This should remove the need for downgrading to Station Manager 5.2.6. A coming update to Station Manager will further improve things. More information to come.
Apr 3, 00:34 UTC
Investigating -
We are investigating a previously undiscovered issue in Station Manager 5.5. Under very rare circumstances, Station Manager version 5.5 may encounter an error while trying to interact with Triton Backend Services, resulting in the program becoming unable to initiate streaming of stations. Users will then see the following error in the Station Manager logs: “Error - Module=SmIdProvider : Problem communicating with dedup service”. If you encounter this error, we advise to downgrade the installed version of Station Manager to version 5.2.6 (available here: https://help.tritondigital.com/docs/sm-release-notes). Make sure to create a backup of the configuration files , uninstall SM and install version 5.2.6. Contact Customer Support (supportdesk@tritonditigal.com) should you require help. Pleas note that we do not advise a preemptive downgrade. SM 5.5 contains several important features and fixes which SM 5.2.6 does not have. A downgrade should only be applied if the aforementioned error is present and stations are not streaming. Our team is currently working on a hotfix. More information to come.

We encountered an issue where the data gathering mechanism for Live Analytics Realtime Listening did not update the graphs between 04:15 UTC and 05:35 UTC today. Users looking at this period will see the same values displayed in the graphs for this period, resulting in a "flat line" in the graph. Due to the nature of these mechanisms, we are unable to correct the graphs for this period. Please use Totally Measurement Explore data for stats as this data was unaffected. This incident is considered resolved.

A software release will take place between April 3rd 2026 and April 17th 2026 Streaming delivery servers will be updated within the time window expected for scheduled maintenances under your SLA, unless we can re-route the traffic to other servers prior to the update.
This new release will introduce the following features and improvements: - Various fixes
This new release will be introduced on the following services: - Media Gateway (MG) - Media Relay (MR)
In order to minimize potential listener impacts, live streaming (MG) maintenances are spread over 3 or 4 deployment phases (one per night). The redundancy in place for our streaming services provides non impacting experience for most listeners. During a maintenance window, selected live streaming instances (MG) stop accepting new listeners and route all new listener traffic to alternate streaming instances. During this period, active sessions are kept alive for a minimum of 12 hours. Long-duration listener sessions (>12h) will get disconnected. The Media Relay (MR) maintenances are spread in 2 phases and could impact all listenership for a few seconds if the service can't recover the stream within the set buffer time. In such case, the system will failover on the second Media Relay automatically.
Our team will be monitoring the situation closely throughout the scheduled maintenance. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our support team: https://help.tritondigital.com/docs/contact-support
