Programmatic Ad Pod improvements with new bid status errors

We will be performing a maintenance to deploy modifications to how we handle Ad Pods. Clients will see a temporary increase to the number of Invalid Bids in Manadge. We'll correct this in the coming days with a change to display new statuses, Category Capped by Previous Win and Domain Capped by Previous Win.
