Missing data in Realtime Listening for June 14th 2024

Please be aware that we experienced a gap in display data in the Realtime Listening UI between 12:55 to 13:15 UTC on June 14th 2024.
This was due to a MySQL master server restart that was performed at this time.
No actual data loss has been incurred as a result of this incident. All WCM Explore and Realtime Monitoring services were unaffected. Unfortunately, because of the nature of the Realtime Listening we will not repopulate the data in this UI.
In the future, we will issue a maintenance for such planned server restarts.
This incident is considered resolved.
