We were not able to complete the maintenance due to an hardware error on our core equipment at Singapore Datacenter.

We are working with equipment provider to replace the faulty hardware.

Update
We have encountered an issue with the redundancy on our upgraded equipment. We are in contact with the equipment support to resolve the issue. service is unaffected. We are extending this maintenance by 6 hours to resolve this issue.

A network maintenance on SINGAPORE datacenter will take place on July 30th which is expected to run for up to 06 hours in length.

Our Infrastructure Team will be performing an upgrade on a core network equipment.

There is expected to be a brief downtime for streaming services. The redundancy in place for our services should make this short downtime seamless and non impacting for end users.

Our team will be monitoring the situation closely throughout the scheduled maintenance.
