Any clips published after 4PM UTC are now working as expected. We are currently working on reprocessing clips that were published between Sept 29th 7AM to 4PM UTC.

We are investigating reports where certain clips are unable to be downloaded from various platforms. This appears to only be affecting clips published within the past 24 hours. More information to come.
