Identified

We have identified a database server showing a high load, causing the SSO service to malfunction.

Our technicians rebooted the server, and the service is now restored.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue with the Single Sing-On service, users might experience login errors on websites like Triton Digital Console and Legacy TAP.

Our technicians are working on restoring the service as soon as possible.
