DoubleClick creative not read into Yield-Op
Resolved - This incident is considered resolved.

Investigating - Starting on May 8th around 8am EDT creative from DoubleClick provided by buyers could not be loaded into Yield-Op to run. DoubleClick was denying our access to the creative reporting a missing certificate.
Reverting to our previous version of Yield-Op does seem to have allowed the creative again. All has been reverted to again have this. Creative is running through Yield-Op.
We are currently monitoring the situation and investigating the route cause of the issue.

Issue with Listener Profiles not being enriched with DMP Segment data (VANCOUVER ONLY)

Monitoring - The issue was found to be caused by an issue at Amazon Web Services resulting in the enrichment timing out at our Vancouver data centre. Amazon seems to have fixed their network issue and profiles are once again enriching as normal.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue where listeners connected to our Vancouver data centre are not getting their profiles enriched with DMP segment data.
This is causing such listeners to not be considered for delivery of flights using DMP segments.

Monitoring - We have applied a fix to improve the reporting mechanisms that feed our our Live Analytics UI (Realtime Listening and Realtime Monitoring).
The situation appears to have greatly improved. However, we will continue to monitor the situation closely.

Investigating - We are investigating an issue with our Live Analytics (Realtime Listening and Realtime Monitoring) which is causing dips in the graphics. These dips in data give a false impression that there is a drop in listenership. There is in fact, no loss of listenership that is occurring.

We have determined that the cause of the issue lies somewhere in the reporting mechanisms between our European media servers and the reporting UI. A root cause has yet to be found.

Note that this incidente only affects the Realtime Live Analytics and Realtime Monitoring UI. No other data is affected by this incident.

Data in Total Measurement (Webcast Metrics) is unaffected.

Also note that this incident only affects European data.

Note that call for realtime data made through the Metrics API will also be affected.

Live Streaming - Maintenance

Scheduled - A software release will take place between April 24th and May 10th 2024
Streaming delivery servers will be updated within the time window expected for scheduled maintenances under your SLA, unless we can re-route the traffic to other servers prior to the update.

This new release will introduce the following :
- Minor bug fixes
- New monitoring metrics
- Support for new sweepers impressions to be reported in Tap Explore
- Modifications to our probe system (monitoring and alerting)

This new release will be introduced on the following services:
- Media Gateway (MG)
- Media Relay (MR)

In order to minimize potential listener impacts, live streaming (MG) maintenances are spread over 3 or 4 deployment phases (one per night). The redundancy in place for our streaming services provides non impacting experience for most listeners. During a maintenance window, selected live streaming instances (MG) stop accepting new listeners and route all new listener traffic to alternate streaming instances. During this period, active sessions are kept alive for a minimum of 12 hours. Long-duration listener sessions (>12h) will get disconnected. The Media Relay (MR) maintenances are spread in 2 phases and could impact all listenership for a few seconds if the service can't recover the stream within the set buffer time. In such case, the system will failover on the second Media Relay automatically.

Our team will be monitoring the situation closely throughout the scheduled maintenance.

Monitoring - A fix has been applied. All Saved Queries were restored. Uses of the UI and of the APIs should now be able to use saved queries normally.

Podcast ad delivery issues impacting creatives delivered via Frequency

Monitoring - A fix has been applied to our request routing mechanisms at our Paris location. Initial monitoring is showing excellent results as ad requests to Frequency seem to be flowing properly. Ad delivery should now be back to normal for all content delivered through our Paris location.
